Bitwig – Ableton’s newest rival
The four member that started Bitwig are all ex – Ableton employee’s. I would have to agree with DJ Tech Tools, this launch should not be taken lightly. This studio has been in the works over the last two years and has some pretty cool functionality. For more information visit the Bitwig website

Tona – Hennessy Thoughts prod. Rich Kidd
One of the best tracks this year. Period.
Mixing… Just like the good old days
Being a deep / vocal house Dj from this era and watching this video really resonates with me. If you were into this scene, you know damn well we all essentially mixed like this. HA! Respect to all the cats back in the day, Dirty Dale, Jason Palma, Nav, Stephen Byfield, Douglas Carter, Matt C, Dino and Terry and the many others I didn’t mention that were Legends of the era.
Songs in the video are – Dreamer G – I Got That Feelin’ mixed with Kerri Chandler – Track 1
I’ve added another video below, let’s call it a Mike S favorite from the time period.
Enjoy,
Thank You Everyone. “The Expanse” was a great success
We would personally like to thank everyone that came out and contributed to making the event a great success this Saturday. We were able to display the beautiful works of the very talented Charles Ajani, while raising money for a great cause with Peace Quest.
Most of all thank you to our fans that come out show after show, we are truly nothing without your support. We’ll keep making it funky for you. More shows are to follow in the near future.
